Well, Mr Lim's 'resort' is finally taking shape although I could see that his grand plan, his vision as he originally saw it seemed to have gone into a random metamorphosis. But I guess financial constraints have forced him to make many changes to his grand plan. Starting his kitchen and serving up food seems to be the most viable option at the moment.
